Concrete Seawall Replacements Built for Florida's Toughest Shorelines
At Precision Docks & Seawalls, we replace failing structures with concrete systems built to handle heavy wave action and storm surges. These installations last 40 to 50 years and won't rot or corrode over time. We provide free site evaluations and estimates for residential and commercial properties throughout the Space Coast.
Concrete Seawall Replacement Done Right

Strong Stability for High-Impact Shorelines
Built for the Toughest Coastal Conditions
Concrete seawalls are built for rough shorelines where other materials just won't hold up. We use reinforced concrete panels treated specifically for saltwater resistance to ensure they stand up to the harsh conditions here on the Florida Space Coast. Unlike timber or vinyl, concrete has the weight and strength needed to handle heavy wave action, boat wakes, and the pressure from the soil behind it. These walls are designed to last forty to fifty years, making them a permanent solution if you want a shoreline that won't budge.

A Precise Process from Digging to Final Grading
How We Handle the Replacement
Replacing a failing seawall is a major project that usually takes about two to four weeks from start to finish. We begin by removing the old, damaged structure and digging back the shoreline to reach solid ground. Our team then drives precast panels deep into the seabed or pours custom sections to create a solid, continuous barrier. To keep the wall from shifting or leaning over time, we install heavy-duty tie-back rods connected to anchors buried deep inland. We finish by backfilling with clean gravel and grading the land so rainwater flows away from the wall, preventing the pressure buildup that leads to most wall failures.

Where Concrete Works Best
Is a Concrete Wall Right for You?
Concrete is the best option for commercial marinas, industrial waterfronts, and homes located along the busy canals of the Indian River Lagoon and Banana River. While the initial cost is higher than vinyl or wood, the fact that it doesn't rot or corrode makes it the most cost-effective choice over several decades. We will evaluate your water depth, tides, and soil to determine whether precast panels or a custom-poured solution is the best fit for your specific property in Merritt Island or the surrounding islands.
